October 11th, 2019. 9:30 PM. Public endangerment. Suspect is a 19-year-old White Male, 6’0’’. The perp has been observed lighting fireworks in the parking lot. As large fireworks are both forbidden on the store premises and pose a dangerous threat to patrons, the Loss Prevention Officer detains the suspect and holds him in the back office. To ensure that the suspect does not have any more fireworks on his person, the Officer conducts a thorough strip search. The suspect is then informed that the local police will be alerted due to the unlawfulness of his activities. In hopes of avoiding further prosecution, the suspect makes a compromise with the Officer.
