May 11, 2018, 6:42 p.m. Indecent Exposure. One perp, 21 year old Caucasian male, 6’2” was detained for public urination. The Loss Prevention Officer escorted this perv to the back room. After reviewing the security footage, the offender was suspected of masturbating in public. He is searched, photographed, and inspected by the guard. Documents show he is not a citizen. Fearful of being deported or joining the state’s Sex Offender Registry, he comes to an understanding with the officer. The young perp is released without being taken into police custody.
