The suspect has a history of causing problems and has been warned that returning would result in potential police referral. As soon as the suspect was seen entering, the Loss Prevention Officer detained him and brought him into the back for processing. While in custody, the suspect heavily resisted, requiring that the officer take extra measures to ensure he didn’t try to evade being processed. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer, and he was released without involvement of law enforcement. $39.99 value recovered for the store without incident.
