Romeo needs to get vaccinated for tetanus at school, but he’s just too afraid of needles. Doctor Thirio explains to him he can’t just forge a certificate for him. There is, however, an alternative way of giving him his shot through an unorthodox method: intra-anal medicine. Through his sperm, Doctor Thirio, who is already vaccinated, can give him the necessary antibodies. Romeo is willing to do anything to avoid the needle, so he tries the Doctor’s strange yet effective approach.
